I grant Wayward World, its affiliates, and partners, the right to record, use, and distribute audio, visual, and image content captured during the event for commercial purposes related to Wayward World's brand and events, including but not limited to music releases, video content, promotional materials, and social media.

1. 1. Usage Scope: Content may be used for this event and broader Wayward World promotional purposes.
2. 2. Duration: Effective until revoked in writing; revocation applies only to future uses.

Compensation and Credit: a) No monetary compensation due upon execution or use. b) Wayward World will attempt to provide appropriate credit where feasible. c) If content becomes financially profitable, Wayward World may provide remuneration at its discretion. d) This creates no obligation for specific credit or remuneration, nor any partnership/employment.
4. 4. Waiver of Review: I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product or its use.
5. 5. Limited Revocation: I may request cessation of use in writing; Wayward World will comply within 90 days for new productions only.
